Enabling Independence Where You Live
Peak Access is an assessment and planning service helping families and organizations understand what to address first, what can wait, and when another professional should step in.

Our Mission
Peak Access is built around a simple belief: everyone deserves to move with dignity, safety, and independence in the spaces they rely on. Families need guidance before anyone starts selling equipment or construction; they need help understanding what should happen first.
Our mission is to assess the space, document practical concerns, and provide a written priority plan for houses, townhomes, condos, apartment units, and senior-living residences. Small-facility walkthroughs are a separate service. Equipment and installation are outside the assessment unless covered by a later written proposal.
Clinical advisor
An RN-informed planning process.
Peak Access works with a Registered Nurse advisor whose background spans emergency, medical-surgical, and home-health nursing. The clinical lens is not decorative — it is why we recognize an unsafe transfer before it becomes an ER visit, understand what post-surgery recovery actually demands of a bathroom, and know what a home-health nurse looks for the moment they walk through the door.
Peak Access is not a medical provider. Our assessments are practical safety and access planning informed by clinical experience, not a substitute for medical care.
Our Commitment to You
We operate on a foundation of core values that guide every interaction and every project.
Client-First Approach
Your needs are at the center of everything we do. We listen, we advise, and we work with you to find the perfect solution.
Clear Boundaries
We state what the assessment includes, what it costs, and when a licensed trade, specialist, landlord, or permit review is needed.
Assessment-First Guidance
The written plan stands on its own. You are not required to buy equipment, installation, or project work from Peak Access.
Your Choice of Provider
Use your plan with any provider you choose. Any later Peak Access project proposal is optional, separate, and defined in writing.
A Mobile Assessment Service
Peak Access brings its practical review process to the place that matters: the home or small facility people actually use. Our primary work is observation, documentation, prioritization, and a written plan—not a product showroom or contractor sales visit.
Residential assessments and small-facility walkthroughs are separate services, with scope, price, and availability confirmed before booking. When a recommendation requires a licensed trade or specialist, we say so clearly.
