Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Our Commitment

Peak Access is an accessibility business. We believe our website should reflect the values of the work we do. We are committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability, technology, or device.

Standards We Aim For

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and speech disabilities.

Steps We Have Taken

  • Built the site with semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate headings, lists, and landmarks
  • Added descriptive alt text on meaningful images
  • Designed color contrast to meet or exceed AA contrast ratios
  • Used readable font sizes and ensured the site scales when users zoom in
  • Built keyboard-navigable controls and visible focus states
  • Designed mobile-first so the site is usable at any screen size
  • Provided clear, plain-language copy without legal or technical jargon
  • Made phone, email, and an intake form available so visitors can reach us by their preferred channel

Known Limitations

We are a new business and are continually improving the site. If you encounter a page, control, or document that creates an accessibility barrier for you, please let us know. We will address verified issues as quickly as we reasonably can.

Document Accessibility

Assessment reports and proposals are provided in PDF and Word formats. If you need a document in an alternate format (large-print PDF, plain text, or a phone or in-person walkthrough of the contents), contact us and we will provide one at no additional cost.

Tell Us What We Missed

If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Your feedback directly improves what we ship. You can reach us by:

When you reach out, please share the page URL, the device or screen reader you were using, and a brief description of the barrier. That helps us reproduce and fix it.

Scope

This statement applies to the Peak Access website at getpeakaccess.com. It does not cover third-party tools we may link to. We do our best to choose partners and platforms that share our accessibility values.
