Complex or urgent scopes are priced and confirmed in writing before scheduling.

What is not included
No ADA, TAS, building-code, fire/life-safety, medical-facility, architectural, engineering, or legal certification.

Use the plan with providers you choose. Any Peak Access project proposal is optional, separate, and defined in writing.

Practical planning support, not legal certification
Peak Access business and community walkthroughs identify practical concerns and priorities. When a property needs ADA or TAS compliance review, code analysis, drawings, engineering, permitting, or construction, we identify the type of licensed professional you should engage. Those services are outside the walkthrough unless expressly included in a separate written proposal.
