Terms of Service

Last updated: May 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or requesting services from Peak Access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Peak Access provides accessibility assessments and practical improvement planning for properties in DFW and surrounding North Texas, including houses, townhomes, condos, apartment units, senior-living residences, and local facilities. Services may include on-site or virtual assessments, written recommendations, project scoping, facility access walkthroughs, and installation coordination.

Peak Access is not a licensed medical provider, occupational therapist, architect, engineer, Registered Accessibility Specialist, or legal compliance certifier. Our assessments represent practical safety and access recommendations based on observed conditions, not medical advice, code compliance determinations, ADA certification, Texas Accessibility Standards certification, or legal certifications.

3. Service Area

Our services are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and are available in surrounding North Texas communities by fit, distance, scheduling, and project scope. We may confirm availability for locations outside the core market on request, and we add new markets as capacity allows.

4. Assessment Requests

Submitting an assessment request does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. We will review your request and follow up to confirm availability, scope, and next steps. Scheduling is subject to availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

Assessment fees and installation quotes are provided directly during the service process. Prices listed on this website are indicative starting points and may vary based on property type, location, scope, and complexity. A formal quote will be provided before any work begins.

6. Funding and Benefits Information

Information provided about funding options — including VA housing grants, Medicaid waiver programs, or nonprofit resources — is for general informational purposes only. Eligibility, availability, and amounts vary. We do not guarantee funding outcomes or provide financial advice. Consult the relevant program administrator for eligibility determinations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Access's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and assessment materials, is the property of Peak Access and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dallas County, Texas.
